Berkswell Open Gardens for NGS

The National Gardens Scheme Open Gardens event in Berkswell has raised tens of thousands of pounds for charity. The date is shown on the home page
The selection of gardens provides great variety with examples of small and large, formal and informal, and imaginatively planted herbaceous borders along with productive vegetable gardens.

There will be something for everyone and plenty of ideas to take home. Plants will be for sale at some gardens as will teas and home made cakes.
The beautiful 12th century Norman Church will also be open, as will The Bear where meals will be available

Children will be very welcome and admitted free so please come along with your families and friends and enjoy the gardens whilst raising money for worthy charitable causes.

It is remarkable that since its foundation in 1927 the National Garden Scheme has donated £60 million to nominated beneficiaries as a result of visitors to gardens opened under the NGS Scheme.
Yellow signs around Berkswell will direct you to the individual open gardens.
Tickets and brochures will be available on the day from the Berkswell Village Green and at individual gardens

All proceeds go to the National Garden Scheme for distribution to their beneficiary charities.

In the meantime you can learn more about the NGS and the individual Berkswell gardens by visiting the NGS website on https://ngs.org.uk/view-garden/32172

We look forward to seeing you.
